We looking for the candidate for Admin Executive / Personal Assistant / House Supervisor of three story residence Villa at Shanti Niketan. Office set up at ground floor. Shift timing 12pm – 9pm   JD: Candidate will be responsible for Internal & External Coordination with family members & outsiders. Will be handle the admin staff e.g Supervisor, Security Guard, Drivers & Gardner Repair & maintenance will be taking care by him Get complete the work on time as per schedule Maintain cleanliness of entire area Guest welcome & timely inform concern Coordination between admin staff & residents Cash Handling for local purchase or online shopping Coordination between office staff & concern for paper signature Couriers & other items should be placed at right place or right person Arrange the things on proper place as advised Should be open for late setting if required  Adhere the systems / Work list Keep record of attendance of staff & prepare their salaries & full & final payments Attributes: Candidates should have pleasing personality Good communication skill and well versed in computer Confident Should have patience High Positive energy Good listener Can work under pressure Location:Shanti Niketan (South Delhi) – highly preferred candidate near 3-4km from Shanti Niketan , Long distance candidate not entertained
