Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred - Solid knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Manufacturing Finance processes Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive for our Manufacturing Industry operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting activities, taxation, GST, TDS, accounts payable, receivable management, bank reconciliation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, and cost tracking will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities General Accounting - Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts. - Pass journal entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and contra entries. - Prepare ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Accounts Payable (AP) - Verify vendor invoices, purchase bills, and GRN entries. - Process vendor payments and maintain payable schedules. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Accounts Receivable (AR) - Generate customer invoices and debit/credit notes. - Monitor collections and receivable ageing. - Follow up with customers for outstanding payments. Bank Reconciliation - Perform daily and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). - Monitor bank transactions, cheque handling, and fund flow. - Coordinate with banks for transaction-related matters. GST Compliance - Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). - Reconcile GST input credit with purchase records. - Ensure compliance with GST laws and documentation requirements. - Handle GST notices and departmental querie .
