Account Executive (Support Specialist) - Freshers (Both Male/Female)

Amazon is hiring an Account Executive positions for customer support across multiple communication channels. What This Job Entails

Depending on what channel you are working that shift, your day can be different. Typical duties include:

  • Respond to customer questions in email, chat and over the phone
  • Helping customers with orders, account questions and general service questions
  • Clear, simple language to explain Amazon’s products, services, and policies
  • Responding to customer queries following company policy
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
  • escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Helping new customers to understand what services are available to them
  • Listening to customers feedback and pointing out common problems to team
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records
  • Completion of assigned work within the expected response times

What you will need

  • Any stream graduate
  • Good verbal and written skills in English
