You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.<br><br><strong>What role will you play?<br><br></strong>As part of the apprenticeship, you will embark on a structured program with hands-on and formal training to develop your soft and technical skills. Additionally, you will be assigned a buddy and a mentor who will support you throughout the program.<br><br><strong>We Have Opportunities In<br><br></strong><strong>Finance</strong>: You will assist our global teams with financial management, regulatory reporting, and business advisory services, supporting Macquarie's growth and enabling the Operating Groups to achieve their objectives.<br><br><strong>Operations:</strong> You will be responsible for providing business-aligned trade support services such as middle office, trade validation, trade documentation, and settlement support to different business groups.<br><br><strong>Technology: </strong>You will develop your knowledge and skills while working across data, platforms, projects, and transformation. You will learn to generate, analyse, and report data and will have the opportunity to apply your skills on the job.<br><br><strong>Data: </strong>You will collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to align with requirements and support the design, build, and testing phases. You will also support in managing the quality of data and help with its governance based on the Enterprise Data Management framework.<br><br><strong>Risk: </strong>You will build your knowledge of risk management principles and provide support for our Risk Management Group.
