You will be working as a Retail Associate for a leading Apparel Brand. Your responsibilities will include:- Providing excellent customer service by following grooming standards and welcoming every customer with standard phrases.- Introducing yourself to customers and offering a shopping bag to each customer.- Guiding customers to find the right products within the store and assisting them as needed.- Communicating product range, style, new product innovations, and store promotions to customers.- Collating and sharing customer merchandise feedback with DMs.- Achieving set sales targets by using selling techniques to increase basket size.- Ensuring adherence to retail standards by displaying received stocks, folding garments, stacking, size cubing, and using hangers correctly.- Maintaining a carton-free floor and adherence to plan-o-gram guidelines.- Contributing to shrinkage control by recovering merchandise from trial rooms and cash counters.Qualifications required for this role:- Minimum qualification of 10th pass.- Freshers are welcome to apply.- Age between 18-25 years.The company you will be working for is a UAE-based multinational conglomerate with interests in retailing apparel, footwear, consumer electronics, cosmetics, beauty products, home improvement, and baby products.
